The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has enlisted Quek & Quek Civil Engineering Pte Ltd for the construction of a new road interchange at Pan Island Expressway (PIE) / Jurong Canal Drive.
The DE178 road infrastructure project includes the following scope of works:

New road interchange at Pan Island Expressway (PIE)/ Jurong Canal Drive including new flyovers, slip roads and road connection between Jurong and Tengah towns.

​Widening of Pan Island Expressway (PIE) between Hong Kah Flyover and Bukit Batok Flyover

Jurong East Avenue 1/ Jurong West Avenue 1/ Jurong Canal Drive

CONSTRUCTION OF
TRANSIT PRIORITY ALONG SIN MING AVENUE
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has appointed Quek & Quek Civil Engineering Pte Ltd to carry out construction of the Transit Priority Corridor along Sin Ming Avenue, between Upper Thomson Road and Sin Ming Walk:

Widening of Sin Min Avenue for dedicated bus lanes in both directions.

New bus shelters fronting Thomson Impressions Condominiums and HDB Blk 454.
-
New signalised junction at Sin Ming Avenue/ Lorong Puntong.
